Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of the information on the website, Acair reserves the right to change any specification without notice. All prices are subject to fluctuation, without notice. However, prices agreed at time of purchase will not change in final invoicing. Any question/queries regarding any product should be raised prior to placing your order.

Postage Policy

For UK book orders postage and packaging is £4.50. For UK Trade Orders over £100, postage and packaging is free. If the products you ordered have different delivery dates, each will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.

All orders will be despatched within 7 working days subject to stock availability.

EU Orders

Please note that now that the United Kingdom has left the EU, customers from EU countries may pay VAT on books bought directly from UK retailers or publishers. If you wish to proceed with a purchase, you may still do so, but please be aware that you, the customer, may be personally liable for VAT and possibly for other duties and charges that apply in the EU as a whole or in your own EU country. Acair assumes no responsibility for these charges, or for any shipping delays caused by local tax or customs arrangements in EU countries.

Returns Policy

Returned books will be accepted only when authorised and in perfect condition. Any unauthorised returns will be sent back at your expense. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within two weeks of delivery. Damaged books must be returned complete. Title page only is not acceptable.
